Do you ever feel irritated looking for loot in Clash of Clans? I feel that too. Sometimes, it’s too unlucky for getting enough loot for upgrading your next item. So, this is where the new Clash of Clans Private Servers March 2017 joins the game! 😀
The new servers are more optimized for handling a vast number of a clients or players. So, overall lag is very unnoticeable, and there are no auto-disconnection issues. But for the sake of keeping the servers optimized, they are restarted. Hence you cannot connect to certain servers at certain time periods. 😉
These modded servers are for both Android and iOS players. Make sure your Android is rooted and for iOS, there is literally no requirements.
Clash of Clans Private Servers March 2017
If these servers don’t work for you, you can check the previous update (January). However, as far I know you shouldn’t face any issues.
However, there’s something I wanted to mention for iOS users. Don’t get disappointed as I’ll be proving more than one DNS servers. Just try each of them, and if none works, it’s definitely your connection issues. I had no problem with my iPhone 4S which is a pretty old phone. 😀
Instead of blabbering the same things again, let’s get in the main features of these private servers:
- Unlimited Gold, Elixir & Gems.
- Create or join a clan.
- Have clan wars.
- You can friendly-attack your clanmates.
- Play against real players.
- Major bug fixes and optimized server stabilization.
- and more…
Steps for Android:
If you’re using download, you can directly use the modded APK if your device is not rooted. However, I prefer the switcher over this. Here are the steps you need to follow to connect to a private server.
- Download ‘Clash of Clans Private Server Switcher’.
- Install the downloaded .apk and open it.
- You’ll be asked for root permissions, just ‘allow’ access.
- Now, you’ll find a list of server names along with their IP addresses.
- Just tap on any one of them, and tap on connect.
Note: Please safeguard your Clash of Clans account/progress by logging in to your Google account first, so that you don’t need your current account progress and levels. 😀
Steps for iOS:
If you’re using iOS, the only method is through DNS servers. You can follow these steps to try to get yourself connected to a private server.
- Go to Settings.
- Then go WiFi options.
- Tap on the ‘i’ icon beside your connected WiFi network.
- Then tap on Static IP, and fill with your IP address, but use any DNS server from the list below.
DNS 1: 188.8.131.52
DNS 2: 184.108.40.206
That’s all about the new Clash of Clans Private Servers March 2017. So, these are the working DNS servers for iOS for connecting to the Clash of Clans private servers. To be honest, all the private servers are hosted under the same DNS, so you might be connected to any random server, but still it’s worth it.
For Android, it’s a bit of a headache, having to install a server switcher which requires root permissions. Also, you need to download a modified Clash of Clans APK which will automatically start downloading when you start the switcher.
